There is ZERO quality inspection of food being prepared. Be warned. This has been going on for YEARS. Time for new management, and if that's been tried... time for new ownership.
If you like fries that have sit under a heat lamp for an hour, this is your place! Staff are friendly and fast, and will make you a fresh order of fries when you complain. But even during the lunch rush the fries are a day old! I would understand if this was an isolated instance, but it is every time I have ever ate there. I eat out for lunch everyday at work, but will only go to McDonald's once a month, if that. Much better places to eat in Yadkinville.
At night they never give you a receipt, though that's corporate policy.
Service was kind of quick even long lines tend to move pretty good. What is been okay about what's expected for a mass production fast food place. They usually get the orders right which is more than I can say for some places in the area.
6 years I've gone here - overall... horrible for a mcdonalds. being the only one within 30 minutes has it's perks I guess for them. Where to start? Well the drive-through... the rule is if there's more than two cars in line, pass it up because that means they are running VERY slowly. forget about going there during busy times. Way understaffed and under-equipped, thus cannot handle the volume during peak/rush times. AT ALL. Now the food... CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave the drive through. TASTE the fries and inspect the burgers.
So tired of complaining about this drive-thru. One of these days I will learn not to come here!!!
Fries are COLD, OLD, or dark brown more than 60% of the time (I've documented this over the last 6 years!). I recently ordered one of those expensive bistro sirachia burgers... and there was maybe 1/10th of an ounce of guacamole on it, and even less salsa! It was DRY as SAWDUST.
They only had one cashier at breakfast and a line out the door. And a machine was broken and apparently takes 5 people to fix....never going back. Didn't even get to eat and I got there early.
