My family has been going to YMA since 2001. Dr. John and his staff have been wonderful to my family. There have been times when we've had to wait longer than we wanted to but that tells me that Dr. John cares enough to actually listen to his patients and make sure everything is covered. The walk in clinic is nice when you have a short term illness or issue that needs seeing now. Like every human run business there are times stuff happens that I may not be happy with but, if I comment on it, it's followed up on. I have moved away from Yadkinville but continue to go to YMA because they know me and my history. Thank you YMA.
I love my doctor. Dr. Joan Williams is very caring and friendly. Only thing I would change is the wait time. It's a bit slow. Wouldn't even think of seeing any other doctor.
My care provider is Williams, Patricia L., FNP, she is very polite and professional and thorough. The staff is great and only once out of many visits was i there an extended time. Other than that no complaints. Thnk you to all that work at this office YOU ROCK!!!
This is the worst place I have ever been to, I was talked to and treated like a piece of trash. I went in for a follow up appointment with Dr Susan Yuson and they are the ones who wanted me to come back in a week, not me. She came in the room and the first thing out of her mouth was she was I'm not giving you any pain medicine. I never asked for any I tried telling her that and she told me that she had surgery on her knee and never took but two pain pills the whole time, when I tried to explain to her that I just needed a referral to a urologist she just keep saying she was not giving me any pain meds, finally I got upset and told her if she wanted to know what my problem was it was her and I got up and walked out on my out she told the nurse to call the law on me. I have never been treated in any such way in all my life. She is the worst Dr I have ever seen!!!! She should not be allowed to practice medicine anywhere!!
I went for a bad back and dr. Yuson had me coming like every week but i never once wanted pain meds. In fact I told her not to prescribe any bc that wasnt going to fix anything. Finally after seeing her the 5th time, I asked her if she would send me to have Xrays and she then said I needed to take a drug test. I started crying bc it was so out of left field and she then said, do I need to call the cops bc I was crying. She is a despicable human being and shouldnt be allowed to have patients. Maybe she should be the patient. Awful experience!
