Best location for Yadkin Valley wines. Chip and Sandy are the best hosts.
My husband and I had an amazing two night stay. Sandy's breakfasts are perfect to start your day. The peacefulness and tranquility added to our stay.
The best ever. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is delicious. Chip and Sandy are wonderful hosts. This is our 19th visit and we will definitely be back!
The Cabernet Suite met all of our expectations. Attention to detail by our hosts, Sandy and Chip, and their gracious hospitality made our stay most memorable. The wine tour with Chip was informative and allowed us to enjoy the local area and wine tastings to the fullest. Sandy's delicious breakfasts will be missed. We especially enjoyed her champagne pear sorbet. We will definitely be staying at the Vintage Inn again soon.
The Vintage Inn is what every B&B should aspire to be. The 4 comfortable, well-appointed are painstakingly decorated and feature amenities like private bathrooms, soap, shampoo, and conditioner as well as TVs with DVD players, a library, and Wifi. Also the small size of the Inn ensures that breakfast is never too crowded and that you have a chance to get to know the other guests. And oh, those breakfasts. Sandy Thomas turns breakfast into a multi-course affair with an appetizer if homemade granola, fresh fruit, and yogurt; an entree with sides (any of her French toast variations and her baked cheese grits are not to be missed); and a dessert of housemade sorbet. The Inn is centrally located between the Yadkin Valley and Swan Creek AVAs. If that didn't make visiting the wineries easy, then the Inn provides van service and Chip Thomas will gladly take his guests to the wineries of their choice. I cannot recommend Vintage Inn highly enough!
