Hanover Park, first and foremost, is a great winery, making great wines.
Me and my friends took a brief winery tour of the Yadkin Valley area as a treat for recently graduating college. The two ladies there were super personable and excited to teach us about the wines there and the history. Right from the start we felt right at home. The wines were great, the winery was quaint, and the staff were excellent and knowledgeable. This was by far our favorite place in the area.
They have recreated the taste of French wines that inspired Michael and Amy Helton to go into the wine business.
Charming winery, with a great events venue! And Pearl (their dog) is a sweetheart.
Then there is the setting--a Yadkin farmhouse.
Don't pass up the opportunity to visit, taste, and take home some outstanding wines.
