Arby's is seriously disgusting, half the staff don't even wear gloves when making the sandwiches. I found a hair in my food two separate times because proper attire isn't worn. They don't appear professional, but instead like they rolled out of bed and came to work. If I could give 0 stairs I would. It's the worst Arby's I've ever been too.
Great place to eat. The employees are polite and kind. Never had to wait. Always quick to get my food and the employees are very friendly. Needless to say, I'll be back over and over again.!(:
This is the absolute worst Arby's I have been to. Management has a very piss poor attitude towards customers and fellow employee's. Dalton and other employee's were patronizing a fellow employee who was in a wheelchair. They were talking very badly about him in front of customers and behind his back. They said he was not doing his job right, he was washing tables and couldn't reach the far ends of them, but they still insist on patronizing him instead of trying to help him. He still provided great service to me and my friend and great hospitality. A manager then came over and apologized for him asking us questions about our food in the dining room. Then proceeded to apologize for him "bothering us."
