Enjoyed our visit. Was greeted friendly and waited on and served appropriately. The meals were all great. We enjoy our visit at Little Richards and will be coming back.
I have had several good experiences with this restaurant, however, now you can order online which is very convenient for me and my family. The 1st time I used this service it went without a hitch, picked up at the window, and I thought this could be something I could use, but then comes try number 2.... order my food online, pay for it online, same as before, get to the window and I am told that you have to come to a register. I tell the girl that it is already paid for and she states that you have to come inside because they assumed I would be. Now, I don't have a problem with coming inside but if that's the policy then how come I picked it up at the window the last time? So as I am driving away to come in the girl is hollering out the window at me! Really?
Great flavor. Got the chopped BBQ sandwich with pub chips. They bring a bottle of warm Lexington style sauce so that you can keep reapplying it as you eat without making the bun soggy. Also brought a full squeeze bottle of ranch for the chips. Sweet tea is just right. Not too sweet. Love this place!
Now in fairness I have had good experiences here, but one bad experience can ruin that relationship that has been previously built, and I know a lot of people that wouldn't come back for less....just some good for thought.
Probably the best brisket I've had East of Texas in a restaurant. Service was good and prices were right for the portions.
So, I pull up around front and ask my husband to get it because I wasn't sure I would remain very nice after being hollered at, so he goes on in and they hand him a bag, no Pepsi, which I had paid for. I send him back in to which they make him stand in line, and then when they finally acknowledge he is even there tell him they need to see his receipt. At this point I was livid! You didn't need to see the receipt to get the bag! Horrible customer service.
Most of their food is awesome but today we ordered Brunswick "stew" for the first time and were sorely disappointed. They definitely do not know what Brunswick stew is, looks more like soup. We're used to it being much thicker. Definitely won't order it again.
